Greening of the Church—
THIS Saturday, November 30, 9 a.m. to NoonHelp decorate the church (inside and out) for the Advent season. All hands are needed to assist in transforming our beautiful church into an even more celebratory space for the upcoming holiday season.
Thanksgiving Eve Service—This Wednesday, November 27, 6:30 p.m.
Please join us on the Eve of Thanksgiving as we join with friends in Christ from Old Trinity Lutheran and Trinity Episcopal for a service of Holy Communion. This is a great opportunity for us to give thanks for God's goodness in sustaining all of creation and for the blessings of our bounty during this Song of the Saints & Kingdom-tide Season. The Rev. Brian K. Shaffer, Deacon from Trinity Episcopal with be Preaching and the Rev. Charles Peterson, Pastor from Old Trinity Lutheran will be Presiding. The service will be held at Old Trinity Lutheran Church located at 405 S. South Third Street.
Coffee Hour Hosts are Needed
Please visit the online doodle poll to select the Sunday(s) you would like to host coffee hour following the 10:30 a.m. liturgy this fall. Some vestry members signed up for the next few weeks, but all the Sundays in December are still available.
St. Nicholas, patron saint of children,will be coming for a visit to Trinity Church on December 8! In an old tradition, his elves will be leaving treats for all the parishioners that morning; please remember to bring an extra shoe to leave in the back of the church - or slippers to change into when you arrive - for the church school elves to fill during the service.

Disposable Diapers are always in needPlease don't forget our neighbors on the street. Candles, diapers, and new dry socks are essential for this time of year. We have many weekday requests for snacks and canned self-opening food items as well. Remember to save hotel toiletries from your travels. All donations are greatly appreciated.
