Homeless Memorial

The Redding of the Church

Sunday, December 22 following the 10:30 a.m. liturgy.

Plan to stay and help change decorations from blue to red

for the Christmas season.

For over 20 years, many churches along Broad Street have provided a day of food, fellowship, gifts, and services to the needy in Columbus on Christmas day.  Led by First Congregational Church, and on that their location, dozens of churches have combined resources and volunteers to serve meals, gift boxes, worship and music activities, and more to over some 1000 persons, beginning at 6:00 am.
This year, In The Garden will participate in this amazing  event, by providing warm shelter, light refreshments, and a Christmas movie to those who wish to drop by from 3:00 - 5:00 pm. in our Undercroft.  We could certainly use some volunteers from Trinity to assist, so if you feel you can spare time late Christmas afternoon, please contact Deacon Deniray Mueller, Karen Peeler, or anyone on the ITG Team for more information. You can also visit the website to watch videos learn more about this unique day or love and service.

An album of altar decoration has begun online. Click this photo to see more.

Disposable Diapers are always in need

Please don't forget our neighbors on the street. Candles, diapers, and new dry socks are essential for this time of year. We have many weekday requests for snacks and canned self-opening food items as well. Remember to save hotel toiletries from your travels. All donations are greatly appreciated.
