Church School Lenten Project...

The Sunday School invites the people of Trinity to join us in our project for Lent.  We are collecting supplies for the school in Ermita, Zacatecas, Mexico.  Ermita is located in a rural area in the central mountains.  The school is small—only 16 students and 1 teacher for Kindergarten through 6th grade.
The students’ needs are great.  While we await a more complete list, we will begin with the basics:
- pens, pencils and pencil sharpeners
- writing paper and notebooks
- crayons and markers
- drawing paper
- construction paper
- scissors and rulers
- glue sticks and tape
If you can contribute to our project, please place items in the basket at the entrance to the church.  We expect to deliver the materials during the Easter season.
Watch this space for more information!

On this cold winter morning, we pray especially for all people who have no home or food today. We remember all who will gather this afternoon at Trinity for our In The Garden fellowship, and we give thanks for the generous hands that serve and the communion enjoyed around a shared table - seeing God in one another.
