St. John's Franklinton His Place Dinner
This Wednesday, March 22,
gathering at 5:30 p.m.
1003 W. Town St., Columbus 43222

Trinity extends hearty thanks to Mu Chapter of Delta Tau Delta (Ohio Wesleyan in Delaware) for volunteering to prepare dinner at St. John’s Franklinton on the 22nd.  Billy Thompson, their cook, and his mother Mary Ellen (a caterer) along with chapter members will procure, prepare, and serve a hearty meal for all that evening – and will even do the dishes!   Trinity will contribute $100 towards the overall cost, but no one need make a casserole.    However, if you wish to help, be at St. John’s around 5:30 pm, or so!!  Thanks guys-   Al Sheppard

itg CURRENT NEEDS: We are in need now of toiletries, especially men's  shaving cream, men's socks and gloves, & men's deodorant. Also, a number of our guests are living without electricity so candles are always of use.
VOLUNTEERS!  And we need YOU!  Several people have had to leave the Core team of ITG lately, and we are desperately in need of committed people to keep this ministry alive and flourishing. If you want to know more about participating in ITG in the future, please contact Lori Dhiraprasiddhi or Father Burnett.

A very sincere thank you to everyone who has made a pledge commitment to Trinity Church for 2017. A list of pledgers is available here.

BREADB.R.E.A.D Rally, Monday, April 3, 6.30pm

The rally for B.R.E.A.D. will take place at Congregation Tifereth Israel, 1354 E Broad St. This is the last major meeting before the annual Nehemiah Action on May 1st. All are welcome to attend and ensure Trinity is well-represented at this vibrant community-wide interfaith gathering. Please contact Jake Cunliffe at for more info.

Winter is here!

There are more people living outside than ever before in Columbus and they are cold and hungry. Trinity once again is a warming station on weekdays for those who need shelter from the cold. Our visitors need men’s hats, men’s gloves and new athletic socks. They also need self-opening snack items. If you have men’s winter coats and jackets not in use, please bring them to church as well. Most of our visitors do not have warm clothing. Your continuing generosity is a blessing to many.
Thank you so much!

We remember in prayer...

We remember all who work for peace around the world: for Capt. Kristian Tonnessen,  Petty Officer Kristy Sizemore, Jordan Sellman, Cynthia Epler, Matt Schumann, Captain Scott Whaley, Gunnery Sergeant Robert A Griffith Jr., and all who serve our country.
St. Mark Coptic Orthodox Church, Port Said, Egypt.
Praying for peace around the world, we continue to ask God for a deeper compassion and greater courage to offer help to refugees and migrants and all in need.
We renew our commitments to serve the neediest and most easily forgotten in our midst and remember all who are homeless and hungry in our city today.  We give thanks for the generous hospitality offered this afternoon at In The Garden, and pray for the Holy Spirit’s abundant grace in our fellowship.
We pray for all who are sick or suffering at this time – Jerry Sellman, Jean Olmstead, Dori, Brigham Page, Marjorie Holzer, Eleanor Johnson, Elizabeth Lilly, Sean Lalik, Jeff McNealey, Walter Friedmann, Kay Sturm, John Sanders, Dick Oman, Sharon Whaley, David and Tyra and all in prison, and others whom we name silently or aloud.
