But most importantly on March 18:
Lenten evenings of Taizé Chant,
This year planned for the Tuesdays of Lent. Weekly through March 27 at 6:15 p.m. in the Nave of Trinity Church. This beautiful twilight service of prayers taken from A New Zealand Prayer Book, chants of Taizé, silence and prayerful meditation will be followed by a simple Lenten supper of soup and bread. All are encouraged to experience this uplifting service and the wonderful fellowship.
Renovation, Painting - a group project for LentSpend some upcoming Saturdays with fellow Trinity members, as we give a much needed facelift to the 3rd floor rental space in the Parish House. In an effort to make this space more attractive to potential tenants, basic renovation is planned, including washing walls, painting, replacing and cleaning ceiling tiles. Many hands will make this a fun and easy project. Work continues at 9:00 a.m. this Saturday, March 10 all help is welcome - contact Nick Tepe here for details.
Lenten Adult Formation Series:
"Pain and Promise"Each Sunday in Lent at 9:15 a.m. in the Parish Library

A donation of $50 is suggested, but any reasonable amount will be accepted. Only a few dates are spoken for currently.
THIS WEEK WE REMEMBER IN PRAYER:We pray for all who are sick or suffering at this time – Leslie Thomas Breidenthal, Jerome Burns, Robert Milbery, Andrew Sapp, Jean Olmstead, Emma Parey, Gail Perri, Marie Shaffer, The Rev. Gene MacDowell, Chuck Jacoby, David Lozano, Carter Lilly, Bob & Jodi Park, Carrie Stowers, Joanne Giroux, and others whom we name silently or aloud. We pray for Andrew Saik, Capt. Brian Smith, Jordan Sellman, Ted Abad, Private Dan Williamson, Cynthia Epler, Matt Schumann, Commander Scott Whaley, Specialist Michael A. Martin, Staff Sgt. Robert A Griffith Jr. and all who serve our country overseas and at home.
We remember all who work for peace around the world, especially in Syria, Iran and Israel, Afghanistan, Pakistan and South Sudan.
And we still our hearts and turn our prayers today to the poorest and the most easily forgotten in our midst . . . praying especially for all who will visit Trinity this afternoon and worship at In The Garden, and the many in need of food and lodging. We ask for vision to see the needs of our neighbors, hear the cries of the poor, and respond with courage and with love.
