Share lore with others tackling poverty, and learn about ECSF grants you can use:
All churches in this diocese are eligible to apply for community ministry grants from ECSF, our diocesan non-profit 100% dedicated to helping churches overcome poverty in Southern Ohio.  Join ECSF trustees  July 11  from 6-9 at St. John's, 1003 W. Town Street, Columbus to see how your program fits ECSF's funding priorities and to share lore with people from other Central Ohio churches and non-profits about current needs and effective responses.  St. John's is generously providing supper! (donations gratefully accepted, but not required).  Sign up at or by contacting Ariel Miller: 513-221-0547 or
Come early and see Franklinton Gardens!  Arrive at St. John's any time from 5 to 5:30 on July 11 and we'll give you a walking map to visit Franklinton Gardens, the breakthrough urban farming and nutrition ministry created by an intentional community of young Christians who work closely with St. John's.  ECSF was able to secure a VISTA team for Franklinton Gardens - meet these gifted, skilled, and dedicated young people who are doing a year of national service strengthening the capacity of this community regeneration program.

Please don't forget our neighbors on the street. New dry socks are essential for this time of year. We have many weekday requests for snacks and canned self-opening food items as well. Remember to save hotel toiletries from your travels. All donations are greatly appreciated.
