2-Service Schedule continues through June

Trinity Church’s Sunday-morning schedule with liturgies at 8:00 and 10:30 a.m. and Adult Formation at 9:15 a.m. in the Parish Library  continues through the month of June.  Beginning on Sunday, July 7, we will combine services at 9:30 a.m. through (and including) Labor Day weekend—Sunday, September 1.  Refreshments and occasional “Chapel Chats” will follow the liturgies.

Finding Time

Finding Time Carillon Concert This Sunday, June 9 at Noon

As a culmination of the 2012 Columbus Bicentennial celebration public arts project “Finding Time,” the final six pieces commissioned for Trinity’s tower bells will be performed at noon this Sunday, following the 10:30 a.m. liturgy.  Everyone is encouraged to stay for this landmark event.




Liberian Painter to visit Trinity Church

Lawson Sworh will visit Trinity on Sunday, June 23.  He will talk about his artistic process during the adult formation that morning at 9:15 a.m. and will have his works on display during both liturgies.



Please don't forget our neighbors on the street. New dry socks are essential for this time of year. We have many weekday requests for snacks and canned self-opening food items as well. Remember to save hotel toiletries from your travels. All donations are greatly appreciated.

If you would like to place a flower memorial or thanksgiving in the Sunday bulletin, you can now sign up online here, or contact Diane Donato in the Parish Office via email or at 221-5351.  A donation of $50 is suggested, but any reasonable amount will be accepted.  Only a few dates are spoken for currently. Friend of Trinity Church Cory Hoshor, son of Scott Hoshor, won the Longaberger International Junior Golf Tournament on Sunday, May 19. Cory and Scott were visiting at Trinity that morning.  Congratulations Cory.  Pictured here are Cory and Scott following the King’s Island Open in April.

We pray for all who are sick or suffering at this time – Pauline Austin, Hal Duryee, Amelia Lewis, Katherine Hope Jones, Cynthia Callaghan, John Austen, Sr., Patricia Caldwell,  Debbie Smith, Elijah Todd,  Michael McKinley, Bob Park  and others whom we name silently or aloud.
We pray for Seaman Kristy Olmstead, Captain Andrew Saik, Capt. Brian Smith, Cynthia Epler, Jordan Sellman, Ted Abad, Matt Schumann, Commander Scott Whaley, Specialist Michael A. Martin, Gunnery Sergeant Robert A Griffith Jr., and all who serve our country.
We remember all who work for peace around the world, especially in North Korea, Syria, Egypt, Iran & Israel, and Afghanistan.
On this day we renew our commitments to serve the poorest in our midst and remember all who are homeless and hungry in our city today.  We give thanks for the generous hospitality offered this afternoon at the In The Garden, and pray for the Holy Spirit’s abundant grace in our fellowship.
