New to Episcopal Worship?

Welcome! We would be happy to have you join us at any of our worship services. If you are visiting for the first time, or are looking for a church, please fill out a pew card and give it to an usher, or put it in the offering plate. The clergy and members of the congregation look forward to greeting you following the liturgy. All baptized people are welcome to join us in Holy Communion at Christ's table.

Ways to participate in worship:

Altar Guild

The Altar Guild prepares the altar and worship area for Holy Eucharist. This is usually done on Saturday. After the service, everything is washed and put back in its place in the sacristy. Serving on the Altar Guild is a wonderful opportunity for whole families to get involved, as children learn while they assist.

Acolytes

Teenagers and young people of both genders are needed and welcome to serve at the altar during both services on Sundays and at special services. For information about acolyte training, please contact Rich Giroux or call the Parish Office at 221-5351.

Choir

The singers of Trinity Choir are a combination of volunteer congregation members with musical training and professional singers. Directed by choral conductor Kevin Wines, the choir provides anthems weekly for the 10:30 Sunday service, as well as supporting the congregation in hymns and service music. In the Christmas and Easter seasons, the choir provides special seasonal music.

The Choir rehearses on Sunday mornings at 8:30, with no weekday rehearsals. Anyone with musical experience who would like to sing in the choir should contact Kevin Wines at .

Lay Eucharistic Ministers & Lectors

At both Sunday morning worship services, parishioners assist with the liturgy and read selections from Hebrew Scripture and the New Testament. If you are interested in assisting at either service, please call the Parish Office at 221-5351.

Ushers and Greeters

Ushers and greeters welcome parishioners and newcomers to the worship experience. They pass out bulletins, seat people, accept the offerings, and assist people to the altar during Holy Eucharist. They also tidy the nave after worship. If you would like to serve in this capacity, please contact John Redden or call the Parish Office at 221-5351.
