Festival of Lessons and Carols
Led by our Music Director Kevin Wines and the Trinity Choir, our Festival of Lessons and Carols - traditionally the first service of the Christmas season - features readings from scripture telling the story of the fall of humanity, the promise of the Messiah, and the birth of Jesus in nine short readings from Genesis, the prophetic books and the Gospels, interspersed with the singing of Christmas carols, hymns and choir anthems. There is no sermon or Eucharist served as we take our lessons from the music and readings. Families welcome!
